What happens to my yacht after the charter period?
Together with the charter company, you determine how long your yacht remains in charter management. After the charter period expires, you have the option to use the yacht entirely privately, continue chartering it, or sell it as a used yacht.
How often and when can I use my own yacht in charter management?
As an owner (or yacht investor), you typically have 2 to 4 owner weeks per year available for vacation. You can book these flexibly through our owner portal.
Who is liable for damage caused by charter customers?
A comprehensive safety net applies here. Every yacht in charter management is covered by a special hull insurance for charter operations. In addition, charter guests deposit a security deposit before the voyage, which is used for minor damage or loss of equipment. The processing, repair, and damage settlement with the insurance companies is handled completely by the service team at the charter base – you do not need to worry about anything.
